Complete Meeting Planning Services: Conference Venue Selection/Contract Negotiations/Primary Site Liaison, Attendee Registration and Housing Management, Tradeshow development and Management, Speaker Management, Event on-site Management/Site Liaison, Conference Marketing and if needed Ancillary Events.
15% of Total Event Budget
Vendor Tradeshow and Solicitation: Level One would serve as the Main contact for all of your suppliers, for the invoicing, and collection of funds (please note that this pricing is not for Level One to run your complete event, if Level One is running your event in it's entirety this about is reduced to only 5%)
20% of Total Event Budget
Hourly Rates (recommended for small-scale events)
Registration Coordination ONLY $45.00/ hour
This is for Entering registration information into database, registration badges and payment information.
General Event Services $53.00/ hour
Menu Design, working with speakers, room set up and Audio Visual Needs
Tradeshow Only Coordination $73.00/ hour
