There is no cost for a company's first consultation,we offer this service complimentary. We believe that in order to create an event for a client, we need to understand where their needs lie first, and allow them to see what we can offer before the decide to retain us.

How much will it cost?

Each event is unique, as is each client, so costs will vary based on your needs. Level One works within your budget, allowing you to create a memorable enjoyable and a professionally run event. With our National Account relationships we can usually negotiate prices low enough that the costs to you remains with in your budget, rather than in addition to it.  Level One can also be contracted by the hour. You will undoubtedly recover these fees with the advise, contracts and skills that will provide you with more or better service.

The Event is small, why would we need to hire an Event Planner?

Hiring an event planner for even a small event frees up everyone's time to do their jobs. Smaller events are usually arranged in-house or by volunteers, who in the end never get to enjoy the event. Hiring an event planner for even a small event allows everyone to enjoy the experience and then go home- without constantly worrying about the details.
